After these workshops, I want you to be so confident in your skills, that you won’t be doubting your technique or needing someone else to take you through your workouts.
You will be confident enough in your own skills to strut into the weights room and get stuck into basic free-weights training, without a PT.
The sole purpose of this program is to teach you correct technique and form, and to make you feel CONFIDENT in the weights area. It's an incredible feeling. It's actually really fun!
